My New Healing Tool

I finally got myself  a tuning fork to experiment with as a healing tool. It is quite a cool “gadget” that creates a specific frequency, vibration and sound. It can help reduce stress and inflammation, lower blood pressure, promote deep and balanced breathing, ease join pain, enhance the immune system and stimulate the body’s healing process. It makes sense to me that this can be effective as we are made up of vibrations and 70-80% water. If anything, it is very relaxing for the nervous system which would allow the body’s inner wisdom to heal itself. I am currently incorporating this tool into some of my sessions.
