I just had my first massage with Constance yesterday . I left feeling more relaxed than I have been in years- like I had just woken up from a wonderful sleep. Her healing touch couldn’t have come at a better time! Gone are the dull aches in my neck and shoulders and the sharp unpredictable pain I was getting in my lower back. Today my sense of relaxation has stayed but I have more energy and no discomfort. Her space was very welcoming , peaceful , and she is professional and talented as a massage therapist. She outlined her rates and mode of payment from the beginning which I appreciated very much. The first time I went to see Constance I was not sure what to expect, She is amazing the energy healing was strong, the ambience is peaceful, and she knows her stuff and is strong.

About 2 weeks after the last (Reconnective Healing) session I received great clarity regarding the resolution of a conflict, and took action.  For about 5 weeks I was aware of great mental activity taking place, with insight after insight dawning in my awareness.  These insights were into my own behavior and responses, seeing clearly where I have been wrong and also where I have been right.  One of the biggest "ahas" was about the trauma I had experienced as a child and its subsequent effect on my life.  Over the years a mythology of the trauma and the wounds it caused have dominated my way of looking at the world.  I have always felt broken.  But a wise synchronicity occurred when I was browsing in a card shop, a card with the following message:

In Japan, broken objects are often repaired with gold.  The flaw is seen as a unique piece of the object's history, which adds to its beauty.  Consider this when you feel broken.

 

I've been able to experience a letting-go of much of the energy related to the traumatic memory, and to remind myself that I don't need to continue living out that old story.  There have been further insights into my behavior in relationships, seeing my part in trying to control other people, and the difficulty I have with admitting I'm wrong, or even that I might be wrong!

I could go on with examples but this is sufficient.  I'm very thankful for your willingness to be a channel for healing.

I hadn’t tried reconnective healing before, but was curious to see what it was like!

During the sessions, which were remote, I felt a strong sensation in my chest and heart, and blue dots behind my eyelids while they were closed.

After the session, Constance called me to see how I was. I found her to be very warm and caring. I related my experiences and she reassured me they were normal and that everyone experiences different things.

After the sessions I felt really happy. I was breathing clear, which was an issue before, synchronicities started occurring, and I felt more spiritual. Previously, I was agnostic in my views of life. Now, after some of the experiences I have encountered since the sessions, I have a new understanding of the universe, spirituality, and my place in it.
